Education

Arbor Housing Development – Homebuyer Education offered through eHome America.

INHS – Visit the INHS website to view the various homebuyer courses they offer.

Sheen Housing- Homebuyer Education offered through eHome America.

Counseling

Arbor Housing and Development – provides various counseling services including Pre-Purchase/Credit Counseling, Post-Purchase Counseling, Delinquency and Foreclosure Counseling.

Sheen Housing - provides housing counseling, pre-and post-purchase/homebuyer counseling.

Financial Assistance 

INHS – can provide down payment and closing cost assistance.  INHS also has a Community Housing Trust Program that helps people with modest incomes buy their first homes.
