FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAW (FOIL)

The Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) reaffirms your right to  know how your government operates by providing rights of access to records reflective of governmental decisions.  Schuyler County's policy is for the public to have easy access to county government records except as restricted by Federal or State Law or to support individual personal privacy. 

To submit a request for information, complete a FOIL Request Form and mail it to:
